Financial Direction was originally established in 1991 by Malcolm Wilton, a Chartered Accountant, to provide a range of SME's with their own part-time Finance Director. As a result of requests for assistance with the provision of solution to specific problems the range of services offered was expanded to include Interim Management in that same year. Whilst the emphasis has been on providing interim management services to the larger client, Financial Direction still helps many of its original SME clients. Services are provided through Lodgeforce Limited or Malcolm Wilton Chartered Accountants, as agreed with you.
